Over is finished with the Medical Phase.
Dr. Rumack can heal with only his Elemental - Laser character.  Commando Gauss Trooper has already
attacked this Turn and therefore cannot heal another character.  Dr. Rumack decides to heal Commando
Gauss Trooper with his Elemental - Laser.  Elemental - Laser is standing in one of the 8 Circles
surrounding Commando Gauss Trooper.  Dr. Rumack marks off one of Elemental - Laser's Medical Kits
Available.  This changes Elemental - Laser's Available Medical Kits from 2 to 1.  Dr. Rumack also marks
off one of Commando Gauss Trooper's Medical Kits Received.  As a result, Commando Gauss Trooper
can only receive 2 more Medical Kits during this game.
Commando Gauss Trooper's Life Points value increases from 65 to 75.  Commando Gauss Trooper does
not receive any damage during the next Turn's Dice Phase.
Because Martial Arts Infiltrator did not receive a Medical Kit this Turn, this character will receive 5
points of damage during the Dice Phase of next Turn.
