Too young to fight in the initial invasion, Simon barely escaped the sibko with his
life on numerous occasions. In his test he only eliminated one opponent, earning
him the rank of Mechwarrior. Following his trial, he was posted in Beta Galaxy.
Despite his favorable posting, he only performed adequately. He briefly served as
a Star Commander, but his incompetence caused his star to be eliminated. After
that, he was relegated back to a garrison galaxy. Following his posting, he
continued his fairly incompetent ways, and soon found himself as a dishonored
warrior, dezgra. His only way to continue fighting was to join the Steel Vipers who
would journey to the Inner Sphere to become part of Strider's Strikers.
Simon has improved slightly during his years in the Inner Sphere. Though he has
felt tremendous pressure from his superiors, he has made a variety of friends
among the more laid-back Inner Sphere members of the team. This new social
network has improved his confidence.
