Denouncement Officer

Raylen Hurst’s past is a complete mystery.  While some intelligence agencies believe he is connected to the 39th Division of the Word of Blake’s Protectorate units, none have been able to confirm his origins.  Evidence gathered does appear to link him to the 39th, at least in that he is a member of the cybernetically-enhanced few who do not belong to the Word’s Manei Domini group.
Raylen is a longtime supporter of the Denouncement group.  Though he has not been active in the unit since its first year, most believe he was somehow unable to support the group for reasons out of his hands.  Some in the SSIC suspect he was ‘disabled’ by more powerful politicians within the Word of Blake’s Toyama – the intention being that he would no longer be able to assist the group in undercover operations and intelligence-gathering.
Regardless of Raylen’s past inaction, he has now come to the forefront of the surviving group of the Denouncement that are now led by Dalek Imir.  Raylen has made his presence in the small group known.  His abilities have skyrocketed him in rank to one of the trusted leader positions within the group.
Raylen’s actual abilities are also unknown.  While many believe he is a gifted martial artist and undercover agent, the scope of his artificial modifications has yet to be deduced.  One could speculate he has enhanced combat prowess and the much-lauded extra-sensory abilities of the Manei Domini units.
Raylen’s future remains uncertain.  His presence on the small Denouncement group certainly lends the group respect in the intelligence field.  He is a significant threat to any agents working against the Denouncement.
